Windows Server 2012 R2 NIC Teaming

Caution: the process will disconnect the current network connections, make sure have console access to the physical machine

  1. Open “Server Manager”
  2. select “Local Server” on the left panel
  3. In Properties view, click NIC Teaming Disabled
  4. in Adapters and Interfaces panel, select which NIC to add to team and right click and click “Add to new team”
  5. Type a team name, choose options and click OK (this will disconnect network)
  6. Open Network and Sharing Center and select “Change adapter settings”
  7. Locate the team adapter and assign IP address to it

Exchange Server

iPhone/iPad send with large attachment (larger than 7.5MB) failed “Mailbox is full” error

Need to increase ActiveSyc size on IIS server on Exchange server, change following value as required
